Jen has mentioned to Luke that she is planning a rally so shadow children can be free. Do you think this is a good idea. Why or why not? Please cite evidence from the story to support your answer. I think it is and isn't a good idea. I think this because if Jen starts a rally and dosen't get caught they could be free. But the goverment might not agree and the parents could get exicuted.
